Continue making shell in shell and d c in d c to end of round making 1 shell in ch-1 sp between the 2 d cs, 1 shell on end shell, 1 shell on next ch-1 sp of 2 d cs, and continue pattern to end of round making opposite end same as 1st. 5th rnd: Just before the group of 4 shells make an increase. Shell in shell, 1 d c between 2 shells, shell in end shell, d c between shells, shell in shell, an increase between next 2 shells, and continue pattern working opposite end same way, and again continue pattern to end of round. In making a shell on each increase, 2 shells are made together without d c between to keep your pattern.
