Bathrooms are now gaily color conscious, so introduce a bright note with these handsome new colored edgings … either the flower-like pastels, or the bold, strong shades that are so much the vogue.

Clark's O.N.T. or J. & P. Coats Mercerized Crochet, sizes 10 to 30.

Bath Towels:
Clark's O.N.T. "Brilliant".
Clark's O.N.T. or J. & P. Coats Pearl Cotton, size 5.
J. & P. Coats Knit-Cro-Sheen.

Make a chain about one inch longer than desired length, turn. 1st row: * Draw loop out on hook ⅛ inch, draw thread through, making a ch st of it. Put hook between loop and single thread of this ch and make an s c (1 knot st made). Make another knot st same as this, skip next 3 ch, s c in next ch. Repeat from * across. Make 2 knot sts, turn. 2nd row: Make 1 s c over double loop at right of 1st center knot of preceding row, * 1 s c over double loop at left of same knot, 2 knot sts, s c over double loop at right of next center knot. Repeat from * across. Make 2 knot sts, turn. Repeat 2nd row 3 more times. Break off.
