S-688 . . . Starting at center of Head with Mid Rose, ch 2. 1st rnd: 6 sc in 2nd ch from hook. 2nd rnd: 2 sc in each sc around. 3rd rnd: * 2 sc in next sc (1 sc increased), sc in next sc. S-689 . . . Work as for Funny Face I, S-688 until Head has been completed. Then make hat the same way, using Black instead of Hunter's Green. Make a mouth as before. Cut 2 eyes of blue felt and sew in place with sequins and beads; embroider eyebrows with Black. (More)

S-701 POLAR BEAR . . . With White make head as for Lion, S-700. Cut 2 circles of black felt for eyes. Cut 2 white circles slightly smaller. Sew in place. Sew sequins and beads to center. S-702 LEOPARD . . . With Nu-Ecru, make head exactly as for Lion, S-700. With Black and Brown, embroider nose and spots. Cut 2 circles of white felt for eyes. Sew in place. Sew sequins and beads to center and embroider outline in Black. Cut a piece of red felt for tongue and sew in place. (More)
