MOTIF (Make 4) … Starting at center, ch 12. Join with sl st to form ring. 1st rnd: Ch 3, 31 dc in ring. Join. 2nd rnd: Ch 5, * skip 1 dc, dc in next dc, ch 2. Repeat from * around. Join to 3rd ch of ch-5. 3rd rnd: * Sl st in next sp, ch 5, 2 d tr in same sp, d tr in next dc, 2 d tr in next sp, ch 5, sl st in same sp. Repeat from * around. Join to first sl st. 4th rnd: Sl st in next 5 ch, ch 5, holding back on hook the last loop of each d tr, make d tr in each d tr of group and in top of ch, thread over and draw through all loops on hook (cluster made), * ch 21, make a cluster by making d tr in top of next ch, in each d tr and in top of next ch, ch 12, cluster over next group of sts. Repeat from * around. Join. 5th rnd: Sl st in next 2 ch, ch 6, * (skip 2 ch, tr in next ch—sp made—ch 2) 3 times; skip 1 ch of next sp, tr in next ch, (ch 2, skip 2 ch, tr in next ch) 3 times; ch 5, tr in same place as last tr (corner sp made), (ch 2, skip 2 ch, tr in next ch) 3 times; ch 2, skip 1 ch of next sp, tr in next ch, ch 2. Repeat from * around. Join to 4th ch of ch-6. 6th rnd: Ch 6, tr in next tr (sp made over sp), * ch 2, tr in next tr. Repeat from * around, making tr, ch 5 and tr in center ch of ch-5 at each corner. 7th rnd: Ch 6, tr in next tr, * 2 tr in next sp, tr in next tr (bl made over sp), make 5 sps, 1 bl, in next 2 ch at corner, in next ch make tr, ch 5 and tr; tr in next 2 ch and next tr, make another bl, 5 sps. Repeat from * around. Join. 8th rnd: Ch 4, * make 1 bl, 1 sp, 1 bl, 3 sps, 1 bl, tr in next 3 tr (bl made over bl), make 2 more bls, a corner sp, 4 bls, 3 sps. Repeat from * around. Join. Starting with 9th row follow chart, making 7 tr in center st of each cor­ner on 11th to 14th rnds incl.    Make 1 row of 2 motifs for each side and sew together, picking up back loop only. Make a row of sc around each piece in back loops only. Join and break off. Flute rib­bon to reach around pillow. Sew in place around one piece. Sew other piece in place, leaving one end open. Sew in zipper.
