Continue with loose sts, ch 2, skip 1 st of previous rnd, 1 s c in next st, skip 1 st, 3 d c in next. Continue until there are 3 rnds. Finish edge with 2 s c in each st of last rnd. Fasten off. Line back to match evening dress, and run ribbon or twisted thread through beading. Make 4 little balls of crochet, stuff with cotton, make a ch about an inch long on each and sew to bag as in illustration.
