Ch 13, 2 s c in 2nd st from hook, 1 s c in each of next 10 sts of ch, sl st in next st, ch 5, turn. 2nd ROW: 2 s c in 2nd st from hook, 1 s c in each of next 3 sts of ch, 1 s c in each st, ch 1 to turn all rows— 18 s c. 3rd ROW: Working in s c, inc 1 st at beg of row. 4th ROW: 1 s c in each s c. NEXT 2 ROWS: Repeat 3rd and 4th rows. 7th ROW: Inc 1 st at beg of row, 1 sc in each s c to last 2 sts, dec 1 st at end of row (to dec: pull up a loop in each of 2 sts, yo and work off all loops at one time), cut yarn, turn. 8th ROW: Skip 1st 3 sts, attach yarn in next st, work 1 s c in each remaining s c—16 sc. 9th, 10th and 11th ROWS: 1 s c in each s c, ch 3 to turn at end of last row. 12th ROW: 2 s c in 2nd st from hook, 1 s c in next st of ch, 1   s c in each remaining s c—19 sc. NEXT 2 ROWS: 1 sc in each sc. 15th ROW: Dec 1 st at beg and end of row. 16th ROW: 1 s c in each st. 17th ROW: Repeat 15th row, cut yarn, turn. 18th ROW: Skip 4 sts, attach yarn in next st, 1 s c in each of next 8 s c, dec in next 2 sts—9 sts. 19th ROW: Dec 1 st, 1 sc in each remaining st. NEXT 3 ROWS: Inc. 1 s c at beg and end of each row—14 sts. 23rd ROW: 1 s c in each of next 13 s c, ch 3, turn. 24th ROW: 5 c in 2nd st from hook, s c in next st of ch, sc in each remaining s c, inc 1 st at end of row—16 sc. 25th ROW: Inc 1 sc at end of row. 26th ROW: 1 s c in each s c. 27th ROW: Repeat 25th row. 28th ROW: Inc 1 sc at beg of row. 29th ROW: Dec 1 s c at beg of row, 1 s c in each of next 9 s c, dec 1 s c, ch 1, turn—11 sc. 30th ROW: Dec 1 sc at beg of row. NEXT 3 ROWS: Dec 1 s c at beg and end of each row, cut yarn. NEXT ROW: Attach yarn in same space as last st worked in last long row, dec 1 st, 1 s c in each of next 3 s c, inc 1 st in last st—6 sc. NEXT ROW: Inc 1 st at beg of row, and dec 1 st at end of row. NEXT ROW: Dec 1 st at beg of row, and inc 1 st at end of row. NEXT ROW: Inc 1 st at beg of row, 1 s c in each of next 2 s c, dec 1 st in next 2 sts, ch 1, turn. NEXT ROW: Skip 1 st, dec in next 2 sts, 1 sc in next st, 2 s c in last st, ch 1, turn. EARS: (Make 2). Ch 7, 1 s c in 2nd st from hook, 1 sc in each of next 4 sts, sl st in next st, ch 4, turn. 2nd ROW: 2 sc in 2nd st from hook, 1 s c in each of next 2 sts, s c in each remaining st, inc 1 st at end of row, ch 1, turn. 3rd ROW: Inc 1 s c at beg of row. 4th ROW: Inc 1 s c at beg and end of row. 5th ROW: 1 s c in each st. 6th ROW: Dec 1 s c at beg and end of row. 7th ROW: 1 sc in each st. NEXT 4 ROWS: Repeat 6th row, cut yarn.

FINISHING: Finish same as Toy Puppy Pattern.

TAIL: Ch 12, sl st in 2nd st from hook and in each remaining st of ch. Wind yarn 6 times over a 4 inch cardboard, tie one end and cut other end. Attach to end of tail. Sew tail in place.

EYES. Sew 2 Black Jet beads in place for each eye. Trim as illustrated.
