BOTTOM ... Starting at center of bottom, with White, ch 4. 1st rnd: 11 dc in 4th ch from hook. Join with sl st in top st of starting chain. 2nd rnd: Ch 3, dc in same place as sl st, 2 dc in each st around. Join. 3rd rnd: Ch 3, * 2 dc in next dc, dc in next dc. Repeat from * around. 4th rnd: Ch 3, dc in each dc around, increasing 12 dc evenly around—to inc a dc, make 2 dc in 1 dc. Join. Repeat the 4th rnd until piece measures same as bottom of glass.
SIDE ... 1st rnd: Drop White, attach Blue, ch 1, sc in back loop of each st around. Join. 2nd and 3rd rnds: Drop Blue, pick up White, ch 1, sc in each st around. Join. 4th rnd: Drop White, pick up Blue, ch 1, sc in same place as sl st, * sc in next st on previous Blue rnd 3 rnds below (long sc made); sc in next st on 3rd rnd. Repeat from * around. Join.
Repeat 2nd, 3rd and 4th rnds until Side measures 3 inches, ending with the 4th rnd. Break off.
Attach Blue to a free loop on last rnd of Bottom and make sc in each st, having wrong side of sc's face center. Join and break off.
