Flower. With Yellow ch 2, 10 s c in 2nd st from hook, join.
2nd Row. Ch 3, skip 1 s c, s c in next s c, repeat from be­ginning 4 times, break thread.
3rd Row. Petal: Attach Blue in any loop and work 5 s c in same space, ch 1, turn.
4th Row. 2 s c in each s c, ch 2, turn.
5th Row. S d c in same space ( s d c: thread over hook, in­sert in st, thread over and work off all loops at one time), 2 d c in next s c, 2 tr c in each of the next 6 s c, 2 d c in next s c, 2 s d c in next s c. Without breaking thread work 4 more petals in same manner, join in 1st s c, break thread. Work another flower in same manner joining it to 1st flower in last row as follows: s d c in same space, 2 d c in next s c, 2 tr c in each of the next 3 s c, sl st in correspond­ing st of any petal of 1st flower, 2 tr c in each of the next 3 s c of 2nd flower, 2 d c in next s c, 2 s d c in next s c, complete flower same as 1st flower. Continue joining flowers in same manner leaving 2 petals free for lower edge to corner (last flower worked is corner flower). Leave 3 petals free at lower edge of corner flower, join next flower to next petal of corner flower. Continue joining flowers in same manner working all corners same as 1st corner. Join last flower to 1st flower.
Outside Edge.
