White and Green or Colors Desired
Flower. With Green ch 6, join to form a ring, ch 1 and work 10 s c in ring, break Green.
Attach White and work * 1 s c in each of the next 2 s c, ch 1, turn.
2nd Row. 2 s c in each of the next 2 s c (4 s c), ch 1, turn.
3rd Row. 2 s c in 1st s c, 1 s c in each of the next 2 s c, 2 s c in next s c, ch 1, turn.
4th Row. Decrease 1 s c at beginning and end of row (to decrease: insert hook in next st, pull loop through, insert in next st, pull loop through, thread over and pull through all loops at one time), ch 2, turn.
5th Row. 1 d c in each of the 3 s c keeping last loop of each d c on hook, thread over and pull through all loops at one time, ch 3, sl st in base of row, then sl st down side of petal, repeat from * 4 times, join in 1st s c, break thread.
Work another flower in same manner joining it to 1st flower at tip of any petal. Join all flowers in tip of one petal having 2 petals free at lower edge and 1 petal free at top between joinings. Work as many flowers as necessary for length desired to corner having an even number of flowers counting the corner flower. Last flower made will be corner flower.
Edge. Working on inside edge attach Green in 1st free petal of 1st flower, ch 6, s c in tip of next free petal of same flower, ** ch 6, tr c in joining, * ch 6, s c in tip of 1st free petal of next flower, ch 6, s c in tip of next free petal of same flower, repeat from * once, repeat from ** to corner, ch 3, thread over hook 5 times, insert between the 2 petals of corner flower, thread over and work off all loops 2 at a time, ch 3, s c in tip of 1st free petal of next flower, * ch 6, s c in tip of next free petal of same flower, ch 6, s c in tip of 1st free petal of next flower, ch 6, s c in tip of next free petal of same flower, ch 6, tr c in joining, ch 6, s c in 1st free petal of next flower, repeat from * all around working all corners same as 1st corner.
2nd Row. Work 7 s c over each ch 6 loop and 3 s c over each of the 2 ch 3 loops at each corner.
3rd Row.1 s c in each s c working a 3 ch picot over each petal of flower and over each joining, break thread.
