Cut off cord, turn. 3rd row: Ch 3, * skip 1 s c, d c in each of next 2 s c, ch 1. Repeat from * to within last s c, ch 3, skip next s c, sl st in sl st, turn (33 sps). 4th row: * Make 4 d c in next sp; in following sp make 2 s c, ch 3, s c in 3rd ch from hook (p), 2 s c in same sp; skip 2 d c. Repeat from * 4 more times; 4 s c in next sp; ** 4 s c in each of next 2 sps, 2 s c in next sp, ch 8, turn; skip 7 s c, sl st in next s c, turn; 4 s c in ch-8 loop, ch-3 p, 3 s c in same loop, ch-3 p, 4 s c in same loop, 2 s c in sp where ch-8 loop started (a solid p-loop); in next loop make 2 s c, p, 2 s c.
