Small Ball:
Clark's O.N.T.—6 balls of White or Ecru, or 9 balls of any color.

J. & P. Coats—5 balls of White or Ecru, or 6 balls of any color.
Big Ball:
Clark's O.N.T.—3 balls of White or Ecru.
or
J. & P. Coats—3 balls of White, Ecru or any color.
Milward's Steel Crochet Hook No. 10.

GAUGE: 5 sps make 1 inch; 5 rows make 1 inch.

Head Rest: about 14 x 27 in.
Arm Pieces: about 8 x 11 in.

HEAD REST … Starting at left of chart (this is top of head rest), make a chain 30 inches long (15 ch sts to 1 inch). 1st row: D c in 8th ch from hook, * ch 2, skip 2 ch, d c in next ch. Repeat from * across until 135 sps are made. Ch 5, turn. 2nd row: D c in next d c, * 2 d c in sp, d c in next d c. Repeat from * across to within last sp, ch 2, skip 2 ch, d c in next ch. Ch 5, turn. 3rd row: D c in next d c, d c in next 9 d c (3 bls made), ch 2, skip 2 d c, d c in next d c (1 sp made); make 10 more sps, d c in next 12 d c (4 bls made); make 2 sps, d c in next 3 d c (1 bl made); make 19 sps, 1 bl, 2 sps, 3 bls, 2 sps, 1 bl, 35 sps, 1 bl, 2 sps, 3 bls, 2 sps, 1 bl, 19 sps, 1 bl, 2 sps, 4 bls, 11 sps, 3 bls, ch 2, d c in 3rd st of turning ch. Ch 5, turn. Starting at 4th row, follow chart until 19 rows are made. Fasten off. Turn; skip 16 sps, attach thread to next d c (17th d c, counting from end of last row), ch 5 and follow chart across (16 sps decreased at both ends of row). Ch 5, turn. Starting at 21st row, follow chart to end. Fasten off.

ARM PIECES … Starting at right of chart ch 128. 1st row: D c in 8th ch from hook, * ch 2, skip 2 ch, d c in next ch. Repeat from * across (41 sps made). Ch 5, turn. Starting at 2nd row, follow chart to end. Fasten off.
