First Triangle (Make 2 of each color): Starting at tip, ch 2. 1st row (right side): 3 sc in 2nd ch from hook. Ch 1, turn. 2nd row: Sc in each sc across. Ch 1, turn. 3rd row: Sc in first sc, make 3 long sc in next st (center st)—to make a long sc, insert hook in center sc of next-to-last row, thread over and draw loop up to height of working row, thread over and draw through all loops on hook; sc in last sc—2 sc increased at center. Ch 1, turn. 4th row: Sc in each sc across. Ch 1, turn. 5th row: Sc in each sc across to within center sc, 3 long sc in center sc of next- to-last row, skip the center sc on working row, sc in each remaining sc. Ch 1, turn. Center Strip: With right side facing, attach contrasting color to first sc of last row on any triangle. 1st row: Picking up back loop of each sc only, sc in each sc across. Ch 1, turn. Next 4 rows: Working through both loops, sc in each sc across. Ch 1, turn. At end of last row break off and fasten. With contrasting color, work center strip on remaining 3 triangles the same way.

Second Triangle (Make 2 of each color): Work as for First Triangle, omitting Center Strip.

Circle (Make 1 of each color): Starting at center, ch 2. 1st rnd: 6 sc in 2nd ch from hook. Do not join rnds. 2nd rnd: 2 sc in each sc around—6 sc increased. Next 2 rnds: Sc in each sc around, increasing 6 sc evenly spaced. At end of last rnd sl st in next sc. Break off and fasten.
With right side facing and matching the color of First Triangle, sew Second Triangle to long edge of center strip, picking up the outside loop of each sc only—one section completed. Work remaining 3 sections the same way. Alternating colors, sew the 4 sections together, leaving a 4-inch opening. Stuff, then close opening. Sew one circle to each point where tips were joined.
