YOKE: Ch 83. Row 1—Work 1 dc in each ch, ch 2, turn. Row 2—Increase 1 st in every 3rd st. Row 3—1 dc in each st. Row 4—Increase 1 st in every 4th st. Row 5—1 dc in each st. Row 6—Increase 1 st in every 7th st. Row 7—1 dc in each st. Row 8—Increase 1 st in every 8th st. Row 9—1 dc in each st.
Left Front: Ch 3, work 3 dc in 1st st, * skip 1 st, 1 sc in next st, skip 1 st, 5 dc in next st; repeat from * six times. Skip 34 sts on yoke, work 12 shells across back as described for left front. Skip 34 sts on yoke, work 7 shells across right front, ending with 1 sc, ch 2, turn. Row 2—Work 2 dc in 1st st, * 1 sc in center of 5 dc group, 5 dc in the single st between shell, repeat from * ending with sc. Repeat row 2 for 22 rows.
Sleeves: Starting at center of underarm, work 10 shells from end to end of armhole. Work back and forth for 17 rows. Work 3 sc over each shell for 1 row, then work 5 rows of sc, st for st, for cuff. Fasten off.
Neck Edge: Starting at front edge, ch 5, skip 3 sts, 1 dc in next st, * ch 3, skip 3 sts, 1 dc in next st; repeat from * across row. Work 1 row of shell st around entire garment. Fasten off.
