J. & P. COATS TATTING COTTON, 1 ball.
Steel crochet hook No. 14.
2 earring bases.

Materials Required — AMERICAN THREAD COMPANY "GEM" COTTON YARN.
5 Yards Red.
5½ Yards White.
6 Yards Blue.

Fold 5 yards of Red in three lengths, twist tightly, hold the two ends, fold in half and let the strands twist themselves. Do the same with the 5½ yards of White and the 6 yards of Blue. Arrange strands so each strand is about a half inch below the other and tie a tight knot at ends. Sew fasteners to knots or crochet a cord for tying.
