Make a chain 8" long. Work rows back and forth in dc, dec 1 st at the beg and end of every row for 5". Inc 1 st at the beg and end of every row for 4". Make another piece the same way. Sew both pieces together on 3 sides slip in lining and sew around top. Fold in half and sew on snap fasteners and sapphire pearls as pictured.
