Materials:
J. & P. Coats Knit-Cro-Sheen, 2 balls of Spanish Red
Bone Crochet Hook No. 6
20 gold beads
Button, ½ inch in diameter
Hook and Eye

Divide thread into 4 equal parts and use 4 threads throughout.

Belt ... Make a chain as long as waist measurement. 1st rnd: 2 sc in 2nd ch from hook, sc in each ch across, 3 sc in last ch; then, working along opposite side of starting chain, make sc in each ch, sc in same place as first 2 sc. 2nd rnd: 3 sc in next sc, sc in each sc across to center sc of 3-sc group at end of piece, make 3 sc in center sc, sc in each remaining sc. 3rd rnd: * Sc in each sc to center sc of next 3-sc group, make 3 sc in center sc. Repeat from * once more, sc in each remaining sc, sc in each sc to 3-sc group, ch 4, skip next sc, sl st in next 3 sc. Break off. Sew on button to correspond with buttonloop.

Ring Trim ... First Ring ... Ch 15. Join with sl st in 1st ch made. 1st rnd: Sc in each ch around. Join with sl st in 1st sc made. 2nd rnd: Ch 4, * dc in next sc, ch 1. Repeat from * around. Join with sl st in 3rd st of ch-4. 3rd rnd: Ch 1, sc in same place as sl st, * sc in next sp, sc in next dc. Repeat from * around. Join and break off.

Second Ring ... Ch 15. Pass chain through First Ring, join and work same as First Ring.

Third Ring ... Work same as Second Ring.

Sew beads evenly between dc's of Ring Trim. Center the Ring Trim at joining of Belt. Tack one end in place. Fasten other end of Ring Trim with hook and eye.
