For Guest Towels "Silkine" or "Star" Six Cord Mercerized Crochet Cotton size 30, White, Ecru, Linen, Solid, Shaded or Iridescent Colors. "Silkateen" "Sansilk" White, Colors, Shaded, Tinted or Iridescent colors.
Ch 7, join to form a ring, ch 11, 1 d tr c in ring, *, ch 7, d tr c in ring, repeat from * twice and join.
2nd Row. 1 s c, 1 s d c, 3 d c, 4 tr c, 3 d c, 1 s d c, 1 s c over each loop.
3rd Row. Sl st over 4 sts, ch 9, skip 1 st, d c in next st, * ch 6, skip 1 st, d c in next st, repeat from * ch 6, d c in 5th st of next petal and continue all around. Make as many motifs as required joining them in last 3 loops, leaving 1 loop free between joinings.
