Repeat from * across 15 more sps, ch 2, d c in top st of turning ch-3, ** thread over insert hook at base of d c last made and draw loop through, thread over and draw through 1 loop (thus making a foundation ch); thread over and draw through 2 loops, thread over and draw through remaining 2 loops.
