Aluminum Crochet Hook Size H OR ANY SIZE HOOK WHICH WILL RESULT IN STITCH GAUGE BELOW
½ yd. Lining Material
Shredded Foam Rubber or Kapok

GAUGE: 3 sts = 1 inch

FRONT: With Orange ch 2, 8 s c in 1st ch, do not join. 2nd ROUND: * Ch 3, sl st in front loop of next s c, repeat from * to end of round (8-ch 3 loops). 3rd ROUND: 2 s c in back loop of each s c (16 s c). 4th ROUND: Repeat 2nd round, (16 loops) cut yarn. 5th ROUND: Attach Old Rose, 2 s c in back loop of each s c (32 s c). 6th ROUND:* Ch 7, 1 s c in 2nd st from hook, 1 s c in next ch, 1 s d c in each of next 2 ch (s d c: yo hook, insert in st, pull loop through, yo and pull through all loops at one time), 1 d c in each of next 2 ch, skip 1 s c, sl st in front loop of next s c, repeat from * to end of round (16 petals). 7th ROUND: 1 s c in back loop of each s c. Repeat last 2 rounds twice. 12th ROUND: Working in back loops, * 2 s c in next s c, 1 s c in each of next 2 s c, repeat from * to last 2 s c, s c in each s c (42 s c), cut yarn. 13th ROUND: Attach Lt. Rose, * ch 8, 1 s c in 2nd st from hook, 1 s c in next ch, 1 s d c in each of next 3 ch, 1 d c in each of next 2 ch, skip 1 s c, sl st in front loop of next s c, repeat from * to end of round (21 petals). (NOTE: All petal rounds are worked in front loops only, and all s c rounds are worked in back loops). 14th ROUND: * 2 s c in next s c, 1 s c in next s c, repeat from * all around (63 s c). 15th ROUND: 1 sc in each sc. 16th ROUND: Repeat 13th round but skip 2 s c. 17th ROUND: * 2 s c in next s c, 1 s c in each of next 2 s c, repeat from * all around (84 s c). 18th ROUND: 1 sc in each sc. 19th ROUND: Repeat 16th round (28 petals). 20th and 21st ROUNDS: 1 sc in each sc. 22nd ROUND: Repeat 16th round. 23rd ROUND: 1 s c in each sc. 24th ROUND: Repeat 16th round. 25th ROUND: 1 s c in each s c, cut Lt. Rose. 26th ROUND: Attach Fern Green, 1 s c in each s c, join. 27th ROUND: * Skip 1 s c, 3 d c, ch 1, 3 d c in next s c, skip 1 s c, 1 s c in next s c, repeat from * all around, join in 1st d c, cut yarn.

BACK: Work same as Pansy Pillow.

FINISHING: Sew both sections tog in back loops leaving an open­ing. Work lining same as Pansy Pillow.
