Starting at bottom of chart, ch 35. 1st row: Tr in 11th ch from hook, * ch 3, sk 3 ch, tr in next ch. Repeat from * across (7 sps made). Ch 18, turn. 2nd row: Tr in 11th ch from hook, ch 3, sk 3 ch, tr in next ch, ch 3, tr in next tr (3 sps increased), (3 tr in next sp, tr in next tr) 6 times (6 bls over 6 sps made); 3 tr in next sp, tr in 7th st of turning ch; ch 7, tr in same place as last tr (1 sp increased); (turn, ch 7, sk 3 sts of previous ch-7, tr in next ch) twice (2 more sps increased); turn, sl st in 4 ch. At end of 45th row do not ch to turn. 46th row: Sl st in 3 ch, sl st in tr, follow chart across to within last sp, do not work over this sp (1 sp decreased at each end). Ch 7, turn. Now follow chart to top. Do not fasten off but work a row of sc all around edge, keeping work flat. Join and fasten off.
